Patient Billing

As a courtesy to our patients our financial coordinator reviews all insurance benefits prior to each patient’s appointment to ensure the most accurate copayment. Please note that all fees given are estimates and may differ slightly after the insurance claim has been processed. All office copayments are to be paid at the time of service. If extensive treatment plans are necessary, a payment plan will be set up prior to scheduling future appointments. Insurances vary in their coverage and it is the patient’s responsibility to understand his/her dental benefits as there may be limitations or exclusions in coverage. Patients are responsible for any copayments, deductibles, and any other non-covered billable services, as well as, any remaining balance after the insurance company has paid their portion.

For your convenience we accept checks, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and Care Credit.
